When I started searching for a PDF to Word doc. a few days back, I downloaded 4 different trials and hated all of them!! They were not user friendly like this one is!! To anyone reading this, DO NOT waste your time researching other apps, you will not find anything better then this one! I am not a great computer application user but I found PDFfiller easy to use and figure out. I even was able to place an electronic signature on a document with a little trial and error. Very nice application that I will use more and more.

What do you like best?
I like that the program is pretty intuitive and that I’m able to figure most things out on my own. I am able to erase and utilize previously filled forms that otherwise I might have to obtain from another source. The time and energy savings for me offsets the cost. In addition, I like being able to work on the program from a mobile standpoint - as long as I have cell phone or internet connectivity, I’m able to access and work on documents at my convenience.
What do you dislike?
Nothing that I really dislike. I still struggle with how to send a document directly out of the program to someone that may or may not have sufficiently updated software or skills to open. I’ve worked around this by saving the document and then sending from a cloud storage site.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I’ve used tillable Adobe programs and PDFfiller meets or exceeds the capabilities of the Adobe programs I have used.

I mistakenly did not cancel the trial…
I mistakenly did not cancel the trial period and was billed for a year's subscription. When I wrote to the support team, they immediately cancelled the subscription with a full refund. Even though the mistake had been mine, there was no lengthy questioning about how it happened or extra surcharges or the like. I very much appreciated their professionalism in meeting my needs.

Overall a very good service
Not the cheapest subscription, but you can upload your documents, edit them, send them via emai, fax, USPS, sms, etc. Lots of functionality and very useful. Login anywhere to continue, even via app.

easy to use and there are a lot of options to have things mailed, emailed, faxed, etc right with a click of a button and entering information. It does have a fee for this BUT it is SUPER convenient so honestly its a very small price to pay to not have to worry about all the extra work i would have to do myself.
