PDF ****** provides a useful service that was difficult to find on other platforms. It does require providing payment info when you sign up for the free trial, but their customer service was extremely polite and helpful when I needed to cancel and get the charge refunded. **** helped me, and if I was in a position to need their service for my job or personal life, I would absolutely renew my subscription.

You can ask, but they won't destroy or hide your medical records. The reason being those records are not the property of the doctor or the patient; they are of the hospital and it is simply illegal to destroy them.
The primary goal of obtaining a medical history from the patient is to understand the patient's state of health and determine whether the history is related. [1] The secondary goal is to gather information to prevent potential harm to the patient during treatment.
HIPAA doesn't actually allow people to correct their medical records – instead, it provides people with a right to “amend” the record by adding in additional information. But if a person wants to remove erroneous information, that person is generally out of luck.
Make a written request to the health care provider or medical facility that holds the records. Ask them to fix or remove the mistake in your medical records. Be specific about what information you want changed.
Draw a single line through the erroneous entry and write the time, date, and your name. Identify the reason for the correction. Include the rationale in your notation; for example, “mistaken entry, wrong medication name written.” Follow facility policy when adding late information.
Once you identify something you want to change, contact your healthcare provider and request a form for making amendments. Be clear with your request. Upon receiving it, your provider will have 60 days to act on your request. Your provider is not required to make the requested change.
Clearly indicate the current date and author of the addendum, correction, or delayed entry. Sign and date all changes to the medical record. Clearly identify all original content, without deletion. Paper Medical Records: Draw a single line through the incorrect information so the original content is still legible.
