This program is very useful for filling out tax forms. Although my returns are not complicated, getting the credit that I am due for foreign taxes is too much for tax programs like HR Block and too much for most accountants. This was so convenient. It was quick and easy to register and begin filling out forms. This helped me out in a crunch to get my 1099 forms completed.

Works pretty awesome.
I edit pdfs on the regular using this software and it's very fast and easy.
It's very easy to edit pdfs. I have to edit multiple pdfs and I use this software. It's very beginner friendly and its a simple tutorial to show you exactly how to edit the files.
When you edit the text it's never the same font as the original pdf so it's very noticeable. If that's not a problem to you then you'll love this software.

The best tool for automated form fills
Takes a lot of the manual work out of form filling and PDF generation.
User manual could use a bit more work - some features were not obvious as a first time user.

Ease of use. The program is easy to use and manipulate forms. I was introduced to program at another employer and requested my current company purchase
There really isn't any aspect of the program that I do not like. Maybe a couple of more options with regarding the size of the fonts.

Excellent customer service and supportI recently needed to contact them for an issue I had and was helped by Shannen. I used their Live Support Chat, waited less than 1 minute and my problem was dealt with with in less than 5 minutes. Shannen was helpful, polite and made it easy.
