I am a self represented defendant in a small claims case. I cannot afford an attorney. With the robust capabilities, and plenty of time on my hands, I can plow through the case law and ca civil codes, but I can't readily find and fill out forms. I did not like the way my card was charged the $120 initial annual fee. I only wanted to pay by month. That was misleading and I did not appreciate it. If your going to offer the monthly plan, offer it, make the wording more clear. don't try and trick people into the yearly plan and make them go through customer service to get the refund. The reason I give four stars is because (1) the customer service rep was so helpful in getting me my refund back and (2) you have an awesome product. It is really working well for me.

I loved using the program. It helped on saving paper while allowing to update documents without having to print, use white out, and scan the updated document. It was really the only feature I used, but i know there was so much more to the program. I would love if they created a pay option that was cheaper than basic or reduced the price of basic for those of us who just need it for one or two functions. It was very easy to use and i wish i needed it for other things. Overall still a great program and i would recommend it to anyone. I am only giving it 4 stars due to me just not needing it for a whole lot.

The software has eliminated the need to do forms that we have found relevant to our corporation.
Very easy to use once comfortable with the process.
The alignment for entries is sometimes difficult to judge.

An absolute lifesaver for form completion on the fly!
PDFfiller is making it much easier for our staff to complete and customize forms that we use for client requests on a regular basis. Having a cloud/web-based solution for this makes things even more convenient!

I've been using this app to help me edit a workbook PDF that I am using for a course and it has been incredibly helpful. The only issue I am having comes to resizing text boxes, which can be rather cumbersome.
