It's not as easy to follow as you think it is. For example, Save As is a command that most of us think as a file name, not application such as PDF or Docx. I now have to go back and find the document, add the signature and then, change the name of the file, somehow from the template to a specific client's file.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Wonderful Customer Service
I recieved a charge for $96 today for a membership which I had believed I had cancelled. After contacting customer service, Sally was able to not only refund my $96, but also cancel my membership as I had only needed it briefly for a project for school. Within less than 3 hours all of my needs were met and taken care of. I have never experienced such amazing customer service.

Why can't I organize pages in PDF?
Method 1: Change Document Permissions If you know the permissions password, you can change the document permissions. Go to Document Properties (File -> Document Properties), select Security and click Edit button, make sure “Allow Document Assembly” is checked. Save the document and try to re-arrange document again.
