I had been looking for something which works on phones & chromebooks as well as computers. It's great this operates 100% in a browser and works REALLY well. Has some limited zapier support and has decent integration with g-suite. The support, including one emergency thing, has been much better than average. There are some additions which I feel could make pdffiller absolutely a star, but it's more than functional and easy to use today.

How do I rotate a PDF on Android?
Tap on the edit button which is in the bottom-left corner of the screen. Select the page(s) that you want to rotate. Tap on the rotate button (the 3rd button). This will rotate your page by 90° to the right.
How do I reorder the order of PDF files?
Upload your PDF to the Merge Tool.
Click 'Page Mode', where you will see a preview of every single page from within your PDF.
Move pages around through drag and drop.
Click 'Merge' to perform the task. Don't forget to download your newly rearranged PDF!
How do I rotate a PDF on my phone?
Step 1: Download and Launch PDF element Android App.
Step 2: Import Your PDF File.
Step 3: Open your PDF document, and tap in three dots icon in upper right corner, and then select “Page”.
Step 4: Tap on icon on upper right corner, then tap on one or more pages you want to rotate.

Open page management mode. With the file open, select the third icon at the top of the screen to enter the page management mode.
