With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I found it to be very useful but expensive. I wish I would've had the option of paying monthly instead of a one time upfront transaction with no warning.

I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. Great product at a great price w awesome customer support

Took forever to figure out it wasn't free. Here I thought I was filling out a form to print and filled it all out then said I need to pay. Very frustrating

Easy to use no time at all to adjust to figuring out the layout and process of using the system and the trial is great to see if you are applicable with using it highly recommended.

Great experience, filling out the documents just takes a bit of time.
Gives my documents the professional look vs handwritten documents
Seems like there is 1 too many steps to saving a document and then viewing and saving to my desktop.

NOT QUITE FINISHED BUT I DID HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THETABS AND PROMPTS ON APPLICATION. FOR MY BIRTHDAY IT WOULD NOT STAY ON THE YEAR I WAS BORN IT JUST KEPT DEFAULTING TO 2021. AND THE "TYPE "HERE" KEPT GETTING IN MY WAY AND I COULDNT SEE OR READ WHERE I WAS SUPPOSED TO TYPE, NO BIGGY I GOT AROUND IT. I DO REALLY LIKE PDF FILLER.
