How do you sign virtually?
Open the PDF file you need to sign in Preview.
Click on the Markup icon () and then the signature () icon.
Click on Create Signature > Click Here to Begin. Draw your signature on the trackpad.

How do I delegate a signer in Adobe Sign?
When the document preview opens, in the top left corner of the window, you'll see dropdown. Click that, and then choose delegate the signing of that agreement to somebody else. Here you can enter the email address of the person you would like to delegate signing to. You can also include a message for that person.
How do I assign signers in Adobe Sign?
Alternatively, select All tools > Request e-signatures. It displays the Sign panel and a dialog to add recipients. In the dialog that appears: Add the email address of one or more recipients who you want to add as signers.
Can you change the recipient on an Adobe Sign?
Recipients in a Recipient Group can be replaced individually, and new recipients can be added. There is no option to remove one recipient without replacing them.

To replace a signer, you can select Manage this agreement from the confirmation page or go directly to the Manage tab and then select the agreement. I'll select this current agreement in progress. And then navigate to the recipient section in the right hand pane and hover over the information bubble.
