Let me show you how to re-upload the PDF file in the Smart PDF Form Builder: In Smart PDF Forms, go to Upload at the top. Select Update PDF. In the dialog, select Update this PDF file and Upload your new PDF file.
Jotform Tables allows you to edit the data submitted on your form in just a few clicks. You can use this to update entries or trigger workflows on your form. Go to My Forms and choose a form. Select Submissions at the top to open Jotform Tables.
How do I re-send a submission? On your My Forms page, select your AIM Reference Form #2 and click on Submissions at the top of the page. In Jotform Tables, click on the Add button at the end of the rows, and go to the Buttons tab. Now, select Send Email, click on Next, and select the Email template.
How to edit a form after Submission Click on Settings. Then click on the EMAIL on the left navigation bar. Click on the edit icon for the Autoresponder. Click on Form Fields and add the Edit Link option. Then save the changes.
You can edit the text in the form builder. You will have to log in to your account and then choose the form you want to edit from MY FORMS view. You can edit every text on the form by double clicking with left mouse button on the text you want to change. Please let us know if you need more assistance.
Entry editing is done by opening the form prefilled with the submission's data, changing the prefilled values, and then submitting the form. To initiate the process, open the entry's menu using the three-dot icon in the first column, then select Edit Entry from the menu.
