In General, this product works pretty well and is easy to use. There are some issues with AOL not recognising the fillable form or adding a random.jpeg or .png after the.pdf.

I have tried many different programs. I find PDFfiller to be the easiest to use for anything re: PDFs and to get signatures on paperwork.

It is a little more expensive than some of the other programs

I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I like the service and have been using for awhile! I like the service and have been using for awhile. Their customer care team was really responsive through instant chat. Couldn't get a phone number for their customer service however I believe the chat service is all you need to get assistance! Kara was the representative I spoke with and she immediately understood my situation and helped me get the problems addressed with step by step processes and links.
