I like the service just wish the process of saving and/or printing docs wasn't as cumbersome - two or three pop up windows before action is completed and not automatically redirected to doc list.

This is a good app. It could be improved with navigation that's a bit less clunky - more intuitive. I also wish there was a way to fill out forms without having to recenter, re-size, re-font the text so it looks normal in the document.

It's been a nice use-friendly experience overall. I like the way pdf found elsewhere could be easily pulled into (uploaded) the program without a glitch. And I really that all my documents are saved into the same system even those docs complete a few years back. I was pleasantly surprised. I would like to continue learning more about all the features your platform is offering. Especially the signing and sending of docs to others. I sincerely sense these is going to be my 'go-to' platform for many of my pdf needs. I need to keep on top & keep up ;).

Disappointed. I thought I had until the end of today to cancel the trial but got charged over $100 for using the service just to get matching employer funds for a donation.

This statement is still true (I am still using the trial version, so I haven't had enough time using it yet).
I am also new to my position; therefore, it will take time, before I know of the various ways that I could utilize this software.
My new employer is still using typewriters for several forms, which made me research fillable forms online.

What happens if the seller doesn't want to fix anything?
Depends on your sales contract. Most common outcomes would be canceling the sale or renegotiate the sale price. (If seller refuses to fix) Read the sales contract you signed and see if sale is contingent on satisfactory inspection. Consult your Realtor or real estate lawyer.
Can you change offer price after inspection?
Essentially yes, you can always negotiate after a home inspection but whether or not the seller will agree to your negotiations is another matter. During the home purchase process, time is extremely valuable.
What information or phrases should be avoided in a written inspection report?
Avoid using terms like Satisfactory, Acceptable, or Adequate. Include digital photos: Inspectors should take digital photos of major defects and include them in the report. Visuals are more effective than words to communicate a message.
Is it normal to negotiate after an inspection?
A home inspection is your best tool for negotiating a home sale. After going through the home inspection report with your realtor, bring up the concerns to a home seller. You can ask the seller to make repairs or do maintenance before the sale closes. You can also negotiate a lower price instead.
