I wish there was a way to access a blank 2019 W-2 form. The first form came up as 2019, but the only way I found to create 2019 for the other employees was to duplicate that first one and modify for the additional person. If not for that quirk, I would have given 5 stars.

Great software, some things are not intuitive
You can edit documents, replace text, add fillable fields, etc. Great for documents that are used often and just need a few details changed.
"Replace text" can be difficult to use. Also the process of saving a document is kind of clunky.

i like the fact that they have a good customer support that is really helpful. My mail was replied within few minutes and my issue was resolved.
i dont really have a major problem with the PDFfiller, my only compliant is that I had no option but to subscribe to it without the option of a free trail

Easy to use
I couldn't find what I was looking for on the CRA site and this popped up in my search. I have used it before for Real Estate forms. I didn't know I could use it for CRA forms too.

Can you update an NDA?
Most NDAs will have a clause allowing either party to make changes to the agreement, including changes to the term or any clauses. However, these clauses often require both parties to agree to the changes.
What invalidates an NDA?
Overly broad language. If an employer writes an NDA that is too broad or too restrictive, a court is more likely to view it with skepticism. That is especially true if the agreement is not limited in duration or scope.
Can you alter an NDA?
Typically, many NDAs incorporate a clause allowing either party to modify the contract based on mutual written agreement between both parties, which will apply to extend the duration of an NDA. For example: “The terms of this agreement may only be amended by a written instrument signed by both parties to the contract.”
What terminates an NDA?
You can probably cancel an NDA if the other side made a misrepresentation of fact, and you relied on that misrepresentation. Misrepresentations can be affirmative untruths or a failure to disclose information.
What is the relief for breach of NDA?
