It was easy to use, my one complaint would be exporting one document at a time was time consuming. Wish I could have selected all documents to export one time.

I use PDFfiller on an iMac which does not have Flash installed. The main problem I have is that some of the text I deleted in a PDF file using PDFfiller appears to remain in the file. After I save the file, exit PDFfiller, and reopen the file with PDFFiller, the text I deleted was actually deleted and no longer in the file. So these steps serve as my workaround to this bug in PDFFiller on computers without Flash.
I greatly appreciate the PDFfiller Help Team explains the reasons why the bug remains in the current version of PDFfiller, transitting from requiring Flash to not requiring it.
Furthermore, as a software engineer myself, I fully accept the reasons for this bug to remain in the current, transitional version of PDFFiller.

It was fairly easy to search out IRS forms but then you find out they're not usable because they're in Red!?! Also it said if you paid for a one-year subscription you save 65%, but the yearly cost was exactly the same as paying monthly and you didn't know this until you processed your payment???

Everything is wonderful
Everything is wonderful, however with my bad eyes and being slow, i still say it is great.Sometime I have a little trouble moving from are moving to the area to get going to the PDF. It is not you it is me just a little slow. Can not see that good. I am good enough to get my job done.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. Do you have to honor a quoted price?
There is no regulation saying how long quotes have to be honored. In essence, they are just estimates of how much it will cost to do a project and that the contractor is only obligated to meet that price expectation when a contract is signed.
How do you tell a customer you gave them the wrong price?
Be honest and be nice. Tell them you made a mistake and send a correct quote. Also, make sure you give something extra (not a discount but extra value). If they are happy with that, they will be a good client. If not, you are better off without them.

What should I do if I gave the client a lower and wrong price quotation?
You unknowingly gave the wrong price. So, first of all, give yourself a break. It's not going to be the end of the world, but what you do need to do is acknowledge your mistake. So I would reach back out to this customer and just explain the situation, but most importantly, acknowledge that it was your mistake.

However, as soon as a customer has signed it, you are legally bound to honour that agreement, unless changes are agreed upon. To create changes to a quote you would usually need to create a change proposal, clearly stipulating the changes that you want to make with a breakdown of how this affects prices.
How do you present a price quote?
It is better to present your price as a simple matter-of-fact: “The price is $2,000” or “Those are $47.00 each”. You don't add descriptive terms when you give someone your phone number (your “suggested” phone number?!). Don't add them when you give a price. Avoid setting up objections and counter-offers.
