Speedy and excellent customer service
I had a trial/billing issue and sent an email to their support email address. It was around midnight when I sent my email so I didn't think I would hear anything back from them until later that day during business hours. Not only did I hear back from them with an email almost immediately that night, but their representative resolved my issue right then and there. Superb customer service!

Great services with an excellent customer care policy
I enjoyed great services provided by pdfFiller through an annual plan. I used their service in all my dealings with pdf documents. Then for professional reasons, I had to cancel my subscription, and pdfFiller team was extremely kind in offering me a full refund of my subscription fee. Just after 3 minutes of sending them a message, they responded back explaining the details of my refund process. That is what I call a great customer care and professionalism! I needed to use the service for an application
I needed to use the service for an application! It was only needed once. The day I was going to cancel it due to no longer needing the service the money had already come out of my account. They immediately refunded it and even offered a discount if I wanted to continue using it. I highly recommend it was an easy to use service with many benefits packed in.
