I love it for the most part. Just wish I could send a document to a person without knowing their email (ex. directly to their Facebook account) with the ability to view and sign not edit the document. Other than that, it's been great!

Great customer service support Great customer service support. They have always been responsive on a timely manner when I need help. I use them to submit 1099 forms to the IRS. They even developed a 'fix' to their form so that I could submit a form for an employee that lives out of the country.

I am not 100% satisfied reason being the… I am not 100% satsfied reason being the whole document is not turning into Word, I want turn the whole document in word edit, retype as a word document and have it resaved it as word document.

This program really provides me the opportunity to create the forms and fillable documents that can help speed up my report filling. I enjoy the different ways to sign and initial different documents that otherwise could not be sent back electronically without several steps. Good Features but you have to nothing is for free I was so delighted by how easy and intuitive this pdf editor is to use. You upload a word doc you want to convert to pdf or a pdf file that you want to edit. You edit and are very impressed. Until I tried to save. It's browser based but it basically does everything you wish you can do to a pdf file. The interface is very intuitive and can get you going n the first sitting. It will let you edit but you will be unable to save your work until you subscribe. Not another free trial!

An approval letter is written in response to a request made by an employee or a team of the organization. If the employer of the manager of the organization feels that such a request is reasonable and should be entertained by giving approval, he then writes an approval letter.
Be clear and concise. Craft your subject line well to communicate the intent of the email. Know your audience. Break up long requests into smaller sections with headers and bullet points. Describe the positive impact on the company this request would have if approved.
The letter should be formally written because it is an official letter. Be specific. Your request should be straight to the point. This will enable the person in charge to feel comfortable when approving your project. Explain what that approval is for and why you need that approval.
Addresses: Write down the necessary addresses. Salutation: Here you offer some form of respectful greeting. Title: It should be centered, brief and informative. Body: This should be a maximum of 4 paragraphs. Sign out: Here you mention your name and offer your signature for authentication.
In the first line of your reply to the email notification, enter one of the supported response words. Periods and exclamation marks are allowed at the end of the word. Approval Words. Rejection Words. Approve. Reject. Approved. Rejected. Yes. No. Optionally, in the second line of your reply, add comments. Send the email.
