This is so easy to use. I would recommend the PDF Filler to anybody wanting to make new documents or using the helpful templates that are already in the program. It's a very reasonable cost as well.

The application PDFfiller is excellent…
The application PDFfiller is excellent tool, I found the app very user friendly and their customer support is outstanding. I would highly recommend PDFfiller for anyone looking for a PDF editing tool at a very reasonable price point. Also, the app can be used virtually without limits as PDFfiller is a browser based solution, so as long as you have access to the internet you are good to go.

How do I download a certified copy of a deed?
In order to apply for 'Certified Copy of Deed', click on the service name under 'Land Records and Revenue Court Services' module. It is also possible to apply for specific service by clicking on the service name from Home Page. 'Certified Copy of Deed' Service is available under the column 'Department'.
How do I get a certified copy of a deed?
You have to visit the Sub-Registrar office (SRO) where the property is registered and make an application to get a certified copy of Sale Deed. The Registration office has the scanned copy of your Sale Deed with them.
Do I need a certified copy of my deed?
Answer: The simple answer is that you do not need a certified copy of your deed. In fact, once the deed to your house is recorded into your names, you really do not even need the deed at all. Typically, when a consumer buys a house, he/she goes to a settlement attorney or title company.
Can I get a copy of my house deed online?
You may be able to find out current and past information about a registered property, such as its previous owners. Find out if the property or land is registered. Download a copy of the title register — you'll need this to find the property's title number and to see if HM Land Registry holds a copy of the deeds.
Where can I get certified copies of documents?
You can have copies of original documents certified at any police station, at any time. The certification of copies is done free of charge. You must provide your own copies. The police station's resources such as photocopy machines and paper, are not for use by the public.
What happens if you can't find the deeds to your house?
If the deeds went missing or were destroyed while in the custody of a law firm or financial institution then, if satisfied with the evidence, the Land Registry will register the property with an absolute title. If not, then it is usually the case that the property will be registered with a possessor title.
How do I find the deeds to my house?
If you want to see a scanned copy of the deeds that we have on file, start by searching our property information and finding your property's title number. If the register refers to deeds being filed, we should have copies. You can then get a copy of your deeds.
Can you sell a property without the deeds?
A: No, as the grant of probate doesn't prove that your mother owned the property. If the property is registered, you needn't worry about the lost house deeds as the Land Registry will hold official copies of all the documents that you would require to sell the property.
