PDF Filler Review From forms, to contracts and or agreements I constantly have to fill out documents and then sign them. Your software facilitates these for me in addition to protecting them in a pdf format. I enjoy using your software portal and it solves 99% of my problems. The only issue that comes up from time to time is that when certain large vendors send me a form to fill out and I return it to them they do not recognize it. They want me to use Adobe instead, which I do not care for. I wish there was a way to save the finished document as if it were compatible with Adobe.

If you want to highlight one word at a time, press Ctrl key while holding down Shift, and then press the left or right arrow key. If you want to highlight all text, press the shortcut key Ctrl+A.
Using the highlighting shortcut key Adding highlighting: Select the text you want to highlight, then press Ctrl+Alt+H. Removing highlighting: Select the highlighted text, then press Ctrl+Alt+H.
Select the text that you want to highlight. Go Home and select the arrow next to Text Highlight Color. Select the color that you want. Note: Use a light highlight color if you plan to print the document by using a monochrome palette or printer.
Press the “Right-arrow” key while keeping the “Shift” key held down. Notice that each time that you press the “Right-arrow” key, a character is highlighted. If you want to highlight a large amount of text, simply hold down the “Right-arrow” key while pressing the “Shift” key.
Unfortunately, there isn't a highlight shortcut at this time. To help influence future feature changes or additions in Docs, I encourage you to provide feedback about this directly to the Docs team by following these steps: Open a document. Click Help > Report a problem.
First you select the text you wish to highlight with your mouse. Then, you click the highlighter icon on the toolbar denoted by a little marker. (It is located to the left of the 'link' icon.) Select the color with which you wish to highlight your text.

Copy and Paste without needing to use the Mouse. In previous versions of windows when your were Copying Files (Ctrl-C) then alt-Tab (to the appropriate window) and Pasting (Ctrl-V) using the Keyboard everything could be driven by the keyboard.
