Rename a sheet: Double-click its name, then type a new one. Duplicate a sheet: Move the pointer over the right side of a tab, click the arrow that appears, then choose Duplicate. Delete a sheet: Move the pointer over the right side of a tab, click the arrow that appears, then choose To delete.
Duplicate a spreadsheet To create a new copy of a spreadsheet, duplicate the original spreadsheet. Choose File > Duplicate. The new spreadsheet opens with its name selected at the top of the spreadsheet. Type a new name.
To duplicate a file, tap the word Select at the top right of the screen. Tap the file you want to make a duplicate of, and tap duplicate at the bottom of the screen. To rename the new duplicate copy, tap and hold on the new file, until it seems to float.
Either click the cell or press the space bar. Type in your data. To edit data, click within the cell that contains the data to select it and then click the cell again to display the insertion cursor. To simply delete characters, highlight the characters and press Delete.
Press Command+S. If you're saving a document that hasn't yet been saved, the Save As sheet appears. Type a filename for your new spreadsheet. Click the Where pop-up menu and choose a location to save the file. Click Save.
In Numbers, open the Numbers spreadsheet that you want to convert. Choose File > Export To, then select the format. In the window that appears, you can choose a different format or set up any additional options.
