Replicate Seal Text: easy document editing

Since PDF is the most common document format used for business, the right PDF editor is a must.

All the most widely used file formats can be easily converted into PDF. You can create a multi-purpose file in PDF instead of keeping its content in different file formats. It can help you with creating presentations and reports which are both detailed and easy to read.

Though there are many PDFs editing solutions available, it’s difficult to find one that covers all the features available at a reasonable cost.

With pdfFiller, it is possible to edit, annotate, convert PDFs into other formats, add your digital signature and fill out in the same browser tab. You don’t have to install any programs. It’s an extensive platform available from any device with an internet connection.

To edit PDF document template you need to:

01
Drag and drop a document from your device.
02
Open the Enter URL tab and insert the path to your sample.
03
Search for the form you need in the catalog.
04
Upload a document from a cloud storage (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, One Drive and others).
05
Browse the Legal library.

Once you uploaded the document, it’s saved in the cloud and can be found in the “My Documents” folder.

Use powerful editing tools to type in text, annotate and highlight. Change a document’s page order. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud. Collaborate with other users to complete the document and request an attachment. Add images into your PDF and edit its appearance. Add fillable fields and send documents to sign.

I like the online webpage. However, I have trouble using the app. It doesn't have my saved signatures and it won't link to my OneDrive (Office 365) properly.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Copying and Pasting a Stamp You can copy a stamp from one document and paste it into another document. To copy a stamp, choose Edit→Copy Stamp. This menu item is available if you've added a stamp to the current document. To paste a stamp, choose Edit→Paste Stamp.
A photocopy or fax may be notarized, but only if it bears an original signature. That is, the copy must have been signed with pen and ink. A photocopied or faxed signature may never be notarized. When carbon copies are made, the Notary will sometimes be asked to conform rather than to notarize the copies.
As with all notarial acts involving a document, you must complete a notarial certificate for copy attestation. Very few if any documents presented for copy attestation will come with the proper notarial certificate you will need to create one. You cannot just write “true copy” on the photocopy and put your seal on it.
A certified copy is a copy (often a photocopy) of a primary document that has on it an endorsement or certificate that it is a true copy of the primary document. A notarized copy is signed by a notary public (not to be confused with a notary in a civil law country).
Unfortunately, this is something that notaries in many other country's can do (where the notary compares a copy of a document with its original and writes a statement and certifies it is a true copy.), so it causes a lot of frustration and confusion. NY notaries cannot notarize just the copy either.
You cannot make a duplicate copy of your birth certificate and have a notary public notarize that copy. Only a representative of the custodian of birth records is legally able to authenticate a copy of a birth certificate. In most states, this is the Division or Department of Vital Statistics.
Certified True Copy Stamp. A copy of a document or record signed and certified as a true copy by the public official who has custody of the original record. Example: Your local county clerk's office of courts or state department of vital statistics.
Writing 'Certified to be a true copy of the original seen by me' on the document. Signing and dating it. Printing their name under the signature. Adding their occupation, address and telephone number.
