Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.

Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

That is another thing I love about this software - you can do it all on the computer/laptop and just attach to an email if you need to send it to someone or print for the files if that's what is needed. I don't believe I have anything I don't like about it!! Who like hand writing forms??
