I purchased the product. It was because I needed to complete a form for an important Employment opportunity. After I spent 4 hours on the form. I was ready to print then was asked to make payment. after I subscribed; I then tried to print the form. Long story short; I could not print the document and then when I accessed it later to try and correct the issue, the information I had put in was all over the place. (in the wrong places). I have then canceled my subscription and have just wasted my $72 US Dollars. I know I will not be refunded, even if I was only Subscribed to the product for less then 6 hours or so. I would never recommend this product to anyone ever. I immediately got a response and refund... which tells me that this company is serious about its reputation and customers service. Thank you so much for the upright service. Because of that I will recommend this to anyone and everyone

What do you like best?
In our busy world, it is great to find a tool like PDFfiller to make things easier and to make sure private information is kept private. We no longer send attachments that can be read in an email that has sensitive information. Using templates has cut down our document sharing time! We now create a template that can be used over and over again. The big win in the form filling tool is the ability to add validation for the data entry.
What do you dislike?
The only complaint I get from users is PDFfiller documents are not showing up in their primary inbox. They have to search for them. We made it mandatory to check the box to send a copy of the email notification to our email address. This has made it easier to forward the email with the secure link to the recipient if they can't seem to find the PDFfiller email generated to them.

In our office, we have tons of forms that need to have checkboxes and other types of validation done along with making sure it is easy for our users can easily sign the documents. PDFFiller provides the validation we need for our users to fill out forms properly. PDFfiller has multiple ways for users to sign electronically whether they are on their mobile device or their laptop; signing electronically is easy for them.

Super Functional Tool I love how affordable and easy it is to manage, edit and process pdf files. The tool is very secure and includes the ability to email a pdf with a security code for document retrieval. The program works great so I don't have any complaints

All 50 states require public notaries to place their respective stamp on documents as a means to finalize and authenticate the service. Without this stamp, the document is not legally notarized. Placing the notary stamp over the signature may void the document, negating the notary's work.
Not all documents require notarization, but many do. For instance, banks, other financial institutions and the court system often require documents to be notarized. Once you have signed the document, the Notary will affix her or his stamp (or seal) to the document. The document is now notarized.
Notary Stamp: Notary seal stamps are inked rubber stamps that imprint state required information usually the Notary Public's name, state of commission and date of commission expiration. Notary stamps are usually rectangular, but some states require a round stamp.
Place the printing surface of your stamp flat on the document — not at an angle. Hold your stamp with your thumb and fingers — not the palm of your hand. Quickly press and release.
Rhode Island General Law requires the use of a notary stamp when notarizing documents. The stamp shall be in round (circular) or rectangular form with an edge border surrounding the required elements of the stamp. The notary's name exactly as it appears on their commission. The words Notary Public
Look diligently for the missing notarial seal. Do so immediately! Immediately advise the notary public administrator in your state that you have lost your seal. Report the missing notary seal to your local law enforcement.
Notify the Secretary of State immediately, and note the last time the notary stamp was used. Call The American Association of Notaries at 1-800-721-2663, email us at info@texasnotary.com, or click here to order a new stamp.
