Enjoyable and functional. Ease of use, functionality, and security features. I like the automatic lock out for the encryption and I enjoy the accuracy in identifying areas that need to be filled out. That I cannot move folders within folders under the encrypted area. I would like to be able to drag folders into other folders. I would also like to merge more than 5 documents at a time.

Age discrimination is real. ... Refusing to hire or promote employees 40 years of age or older qualifies as age discrimination, as does firing, limiting compensation, job assignments, benefits, training, or the conditions, terms or employment privileges based on age.
The Age Discrimination in Employment Act The federal Age Discrimination in Employment Act, or AREA (29 U.S.C. § A 621-634), is the primary federal law that prohibits employers from discriminating against employees and applicants who are at least 40 years old based on age.
The AREA includes a broad ban against age discrimination against workers over the age of forty, and also specifically prohibits: Discrimination in hiring, promotions, wages, and termination of employment and layoffs. Statements of specifications in age preference or limitations.
In order to officially file the workplace discrimination claim, you need to contact The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). You may file the claim in person at the nearest EEOC office, and you can also file the claim by mail or online.
The system can be accessed at the EEOC website. If you do not have internet or need language assistance, you may call the toll-free number at 1-800-669-4000. For additional help, you may also call the toll-free number to retrieve the same information provided in the Online Charge Status System. 3.
