For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Open the Call Filter app. Tap Recent Activity. Under Identified callers & testers, tap the number you want to mark as spam. Tap Mark as spam. Add an optional label to remind you how to respond if the number calls you again and tap OK. You'll also have the option to report this number to us. Tap Report.
Report spam or junk in the Messages' app You can report messages that look like spam or junk from the Messages app. If you get an iMessage from someone who's not saved in your Contacts, you'll see a Report Junk link under the message. Tap Report Junk, then tap Delete and Report Junk.
- Marking a call spam — sends the text and missed call to the spam folder. Voicemails are also sent to spam when calls are marked spam. So, when a number is marked spam, it is still possible to see who calls and texts, but will only see it when you open your spam folder.
Report spam or junk in the Messages app Messages will forward the sender's information and the message to Apple, as well as delete the message from your device. You can't undo deleting a message. Reporting junk doesn't block the sender from being able to send another message.
Report it to your provider at 7726 (SPAM) and to the FTC at ftc.gov/complaint or 1-888-382-1222.
Spam reporting, more properly called abuse reporting, is the activity of pinning abusive messages and report them to some kind of authority so that they can be dealt with. Reported messages can be email messages, blog comments, or any kind of spam.
Consumers who receive spoofed calls they believe are fraudulent in any language can report such calls to the FCC. Complaints can be filed, at no cost through, the FCC Consumer Complaint Center (consumer complaints.FCC.gov). We also encourage you to file your complaint with the FTC at www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov.
