What do you like best?
I enjoy the way PDF is easy to use and allows us to send out documents quickly. We operate a few different locations remotely and we are able to send out important documents require signatures in less than 5 minutes! Support is great when needed but we seldom have any issues.
What do you dislike?
There are not many issues with it. It would be nice to be able to copy/duplicate documents prior to merging so we do not have to upload them once again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you work remotely, I highly recommend this program. We love being able to email employees and clients in a matter of minutes for documents requiring information on their behalf.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are solving travel time and time with paperwork with all of the documents be readily available with just a click. Prior to PDF, we were having to meet with new employees for paperwork. Now, we are able to email them and have them sent back for processing. Our time is being used in a for efficient manner.

If you don't get a regular job and your income is too small, then you will likely get approved for Medicaid. If you overestimate your income, AND purchase it on the exchange, then you will receive extra in the form of a tax refund for the additional subsidy amount you would have qualified for.
Overestimating Your Income If you overestimated your income for the year, then the subsidy the government paid in advance to your insurer was smaller than it should have been. No harm. No foul. The difference will be added to your tax refund or will decrease the amount of taxes you owe.
If you overestimate your income AND you purchase your health insurance on the federal exchange (or state marketplace, depending on where you live), then you will receive all of your qualify subsidy as a tax credit when you file taxes at the end of the year. So let's say I do overestimate my income.
Intentionally lying about income to boost your Obamacare tax credits could get you into hot water $25,000 to $250,000 of hot water. This creates an incentive to over-report income in order to qualify for tax credits where Medicaid is not an option.
What happens if I don't make the minimum required income for Obamacare this year? The way the laws are written, those in your income level are subject to a maximum “subsidy clawback” of $300-$600 depending on how your income is determined.
(For 2020 coverage, that upper income cap is $49,960 for a single person and $103,000 for a family of four.) But as premiums have grown, there are some areas of the country where coverage can easily exceed 25 percent of household income for a family just a little above 400 percent of the poverty level.
A tax credit you can take in advance to lower your monthly health insurance payment (or premium). If at the end of the year you've taken more premium tax credit in advance than you're due based on your final income, you'll have to pay back the excess when you file your federal tax return.
