Very user friendly! It is easy to use. Instructions are clear and the forms are easy to fill out accurately. I only use it once a year - at tax time, but using this program to fill out tax forms is quick and easy. I have not had any issues. I'm sure if a person uses it a lot there are bound to be some, but I use it once a year and it works fine for my uses.

If a region has a main town or city, the USPS will often assign it the first ZIP Codes. After that, the ZIP Codes will proceed alphabetically. The first three digits of a ZIP Code together usually indicate the sectional center facility to which that ZIP Code belongs.
The main town in a region (if applicable) often gets the first ZIP Codes for that region; afterward, the numerical order often follows the alphabetical order.
A ZIP Code is a postal code used by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Introduced in 1963, the basic format consists of five digits. In 1983, an extended ZIP+4 code was introduced; it includes the five digits of the ZIP Code, followed by a hyphen and four digits that designate a more specific location.
If you mean “what was the first postal code in the world?”, meaning numbering geographical areas for postal delivery purposes, the answer is Germany in 1941. “Germany was the first country to introduce a postal code system, in 1941. The United Kingdom followed in 1959 and the United States in 1963.”
Alas, the lowest zip code isn't a single digit or in possession of the Supreme Court or other such group. The lowest in-use zip code is 00501, and it belongs to the IRS mail processing center located in Huntsville, New York. Conversely, the highest in-use zip code, 99950, belongs to the city of Ketchikan, Alaska.
When you open up our ZIP Code Database using MICROSOFT EXCEL, you'll see 3 and 4-digit numbers in the ZIP Code column. U.S. ZIP Codes are always five digits long. These 3 and 4-digit numbers actually begin with one or two zeros. For example, when you see “501” for Huntsville, it's really 00501.
The first part is the first five digits of the zip code which indicates the destination post office or delivery area. The last 4 digits of the nine-digit ZIP Code represents a specific delivery route within that overall delivery area. All 9 digits of a full zip code assist the USPS in effectively sorting the mail.
A ZIP code is a five-digit number representing a specific location in the United States. The extended ZIP + 4 code adds a hyphen and four additional digits for an even more precise location.

ZIP code 00000 is not currently assigned by the US Postal Service to any city.
