How do you resize an object in Photoshop?
To resize a layer or a selected object within a layer, select “Transform” from the Edit menu and click “Scale.” Eight square anchor points appear around the object. Drag any of these anchor points to resize the object. If you want to constrain the proportions, hold down the “Shift” key while dragging.
How do you resize an object in Illustrator?
To scale from the center, choose Object > Transform > Scale or double-click the Scale tool. To scale relative to a different reference point, select the Scale tool and Alt click (Windows) or Option click (macOS) where you want the reference point to be in the document window.
How do you resize an image in InDesign?
Hold the Shift key and drag on the corners of your image to resize it as needed. Choose the Selection tool from the Tools panel. Then, click on your frame to display the corner handles. Click and drag on any of these handles to make your frame smaller or larger.
Can you expand an object in InDesign?
1 Answer. Apparently you can not. You have to do it outside InDesign. One way is to copy the thing you want to expand into Illustrator, expand there and copy back to InDesign.
