Answer to my prayers. TurboTax, IRS, other www sites gave me horrors. I started your site one day and somehow decided to leave and why I decided to go back to those other sites again was a HUGE mistake ... it all gave me horrors. I prayed again this morning and low and behold, your site was simple as apples to apples. I gave God the biggest smile and thank you for solving my nightmare to fill out the contractors 1099-misc for 2016. Late I am and was because of my health, and the contractor didn't sign the W-9 form which I had waited for which he finally emailed it to me. The site is very easy to navigate. I'm a novice when it comes to anything to do with forms, etc. Your site is so easy because it's intuitive. It just makes sense about what to do next, no hunting around trying to figure what the site builders were thinking. Easy peasy.

Great tool for conversions
Converting PDFs to spread sheets can be time consuming. This software is very functional, and eliminates the hassle.
I like being able to convert my PDFs into the proper documents for further use. Most PDFs in their original form are totally unusable. I use this function to convert the document into a spread sheet. Great time saver.
Nothing so far. Seems to be easy to use and very convenient.

Only used the free trial = it was easy to use; however, I cannot afford the price per month since I very rarely use the product.

What do you like best?
I like to be able to upload multiple documents and then have the ability to rearrange them if needed, or remove, or even add to my entire document.
What do you dislike?
I do not like that the desktop extention frequently has errors, and continues to lag. I also do not like that the fax portion is uncustomizable.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It helps me to add or remove specific line items, which I do not want others to see. It also allows us to add pictures to the PDF documents, such as signatures, and or stamps for notary.
