Recommendations to others considering the product: This is very simple to understand and use. I've utilized it every day since since I purchased it back around February 2020. I can send faxes directly from my computer/printer or my cell phone. It is very convenient. I know immediately if the fax was not received. I know when I receive a fax, which is also nice.
