I enjoy the ease of completing the forms, printing and saving the documents. I expected to be billed at the 65% off rate for one time use, annually, but somehow was charged the $72.00 annual renewable rate. I have only been using PDFfiller for a couple of months but it has been a godsend. My son has 3 different court cases going and that is a ton of forms that need to be filled out every time he needs to file or respond. PDFfiller makes the process extremely easy. All I do is search the form, add it to my profile and then fill it out. It retains ALL the information and adds it to the next page so that I am not having to repeat the same information over and over. This is all I have used it for but am looking forward to what other features I will be able to use in the future.

This tool is AMAZING!!! I've wasted so much time over the years bringing images into Word and overlaying text boxes to accomplish what this tool does SO easily. Thank You! One suggestion: when I click on a document page on the left side of the screen, it would be great if that page opened roughly where I clicked. That is, if I click on the bottom of the page image on the left, it would be great if the page opened with the bottom showing, rather than having to scroll down to the bottom. This would make it the same as Acrobat.

I'm so glad that I can fill in all the forms and documents easily with PDF filler. Before it was so frustrating not to be able to sign my name, PDF Filler is great!

What do you like best?
In our busy world, it is great to find a tool like PDFfiller to make things easier and to make sure private information is kept private. We no longer send attachments that can be read in an email that has sensitive information. Using templates has cut down our document sharing time! We now create a template that can be used over and over again. The big win in the form filling tool is the ability to add validation for the data entry.
What do you dislike?
The only complaint I get from users is PDFfiller documents are not showing up in their primary inbox. They have to search for them. We made it mandatory to check the box to send a copy of the email notification to our email address. This has made it easier to forward the email with the secure link to the recipient if they can't seem to find the PDFfiller email generated to them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really take a look at your existing document and take the time to setup templates.

No hassle customer service
I accidentally ordered this product, but I have no need of it. I requested a refund and received it immediately with courtesy and absolutely no hassle. If the product is as good as the customer service, you will have a good experience here.

I use this PDF Filler multiple times daily and it is so easy to use and makes my life so much easier when doing many things.

The application itself is amazing..
The application itself is amazing... everything works great... awesome features... easy to use... convenient... BUT... as with all of these services... they threaten you with a ridiculous amount ($96 for the basic annual subscription) if you forget to cancel your membership... and if I pay $96 I want lifetime access to something... or I'm not doing it, period. That's insane. It costs them next to nothing to maintain this website... it's just advertising. Oh, and they come up as a free online editor but then you gotta sign up for the trial and everything else... the hassle never ends. If this place let everyone use it for free they could make a killing on all the advertising they could sell... and everyone would get a free editor... anyway, I digress... enjoy the app!
