Having the capability to complete my documents on line and print makes my job run more effective and efficient. When I utilize many of the same forms multiple times it is very time saving to be able to go in make the necessary changes and print. This programs saves valuable work time, and keeps me organized.

I love it and have recommended it to friends and collegues.
Love the ability to change forms around and manipulate the forms to move entire sections around and still keep things neat and professional looking.
The dashboard is messy and not as well organized as it could be.

Surprised I had signed up for a year
It worked as I expected. Only needed it to print once but ended up using it twice. Not sure when I will need it again
Not sure if I can cancel or if it is automatically renewed. May never use again so I hope I will get a message that I can continue or decline.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. Has worked perfectly fine with editing non-fillable pdf forms. No issues with saving in various forms to my computer. Works just as expected.

Great customer service. My Employer needed a form off their website, and he had signed up for the subscription, the following month his credit card **** was almost a thousand dollars- so, myself, the office manager, I knew my boss only needed the one form he went on the website for, I went on the site,started talking to a live help agent, (very nice and helpful) I explained the situation, was asked basic information, and was told within 5 to 7 days the refund would be back to my boss's institution. Without any issues, or problems. This company is very helpful and has GREAT Customer Service! 5 stars plus! thank you!

This is a great program. If i didn't have a similiar program as part of a package, i would have kept it. Definitely recommending to friends looking for a user friendly and affordable program though. Thanks again!
