At first, I didn't understand what I needed to do first. I filled out the form I pulled up and then
submitted it, but was sent to a page to choose which plan I wanted. When I realized I needed to
choose a plan, I chose one, but then I had to fill out the form all over again! Then I submitted it, but
the form again, but it wouldn't appear on my list of filled forms. My list only lhad a previous form from 7/15/2015. I chatted with a representative and she helped me get my second version on my list.
This rep was extremely patient and nice, and did all she could to help me. I'm very happy I spoke with her.

There are some things that could be more user-friendly or convenient but overall it is very effective and useful as a tool for creating and modifying documents. The "preview document" is never accurate, and the ink looks faded after it is scanned in as a template.

The user interface takes some getting used to after using DocuSign for 8 years. However, the customer service is second to none and has made the transition as smooth as I could have hoped for! Top notch to say the least!

Easy to import edit- wished I had this a long time ago!
I was desperately trying to find a way to send my Doctor forms. Scanner/Printer was knocked out from the storm.

How do I review my employer?
All reviews are written by current and former employees of the company. On the left where it says Find Companies, search for the employer you would like to review. You will then see the option to write a review. You are welcome to post your honest, objective feedback for the company on this page.

Is there a way for a company to identify an anonymous review on Glassdoor?
No, there is not. Contributions to Glassdoor are completely anonymous (given, as you mentioned, that the content itself is not self-identifying). Employers do not have the ability to see any identifying information about a contributor. Protecting member anonymity.
