Contact logs are notes stored in clients' profiles. They allow you to track preferences, accomplishments, complaints, and anything else that you would like to remember about each client. You can also leave comments on contact logs, which allows you to track a client's progress or note how any issues were resolved.

Look out for the person whose call history you want to discover by scrolling down. Call the person whose call history you want to view. Now the person you just called will be displayed at the top of the screen under the “Recent” tab.

Apple saves up to four months of a user's call history whenever they are using iCloud Drive, according to Elcomsoft. The call history saved to iCloud keeps detailed information including phone numbers, dates, times of day the calls were made or received, and duration of calls, as first reported by the Intercept.
