I found this by accident trying to find a 1500 free medical form but wasn't looking forward to filling it out by hand. We are a dental office just starting to use medical coding for new procedures. I'm happy with it for the most part. I think it's BS that you allow the eraser to be used on the 1st document and only when the customer goes to use it again, do you mention that it's an upgrade is bad business!!!!!! There's another issue but at the moment it escapes me.

Amazing customer support
I had to contact customer support because I, out of my own negligence, got charged for one of their products. They were extrememly helpful and resolved the issue, even though they had no reason to do so (except sympathy). Extremely nice customer support. Definitely recommend.
