I had a hard time finding the correct form, but sent a help message and the support team sent immediately a site to find the correct form. I was blown away the speed of the help I received, amazing.

Click on the Comments button at the top of a Google Doc to see all comments and discussions that have taken place in a document or presentation.
Open the Google Docs file. Click on the comment button in the top right corner of the screen. You'll find the list of all the comments made in the Document. Click on the small arrow drop down next to the comment you want to re-open. Click on re-open.
Note: To see a single comment, look for yellow highlighted text in a document or an orange corner in a cell. To view the comment, tap the cell or text, then tap View comment. On your iPhone or iPad, open a file in the Google Docs app.
If you don't see the comments in the comment history, it's means they weren't properly saved. Unfortunately, in that event there isn't any way to recover them because they were never uploaded to the document and comments aren't stored anywhere else.
Resolved comments can also be brought back to the document. At the top-right of the page, near your Google Account's display picture, you'll see an icon of a speech bubble with three horizontal lines inside it. Clicking on this icon will open the document's comment history.
