i am very surprised at how easy it is to retrieve and add new pdf's to my account. I originally paid for pdfiller because i wanted to send in a release of liability to the dmv. 1 year later and I am now using it for court paper work and have downloaded many forms i can fill out any time I want. Thanks. I am very happy and surprised at this application. I am glad i didn't cancel my monthly payments to pdfiller.

Very convenient the only thing I would like is to have different offers for a fax number. I barely use faxes and I would love to use this service. Can you have another fax payment offer?

This has been my favorite pdf program of all time. I do not work I am a happy homemaker and have a special needs son and have a lot of documents to file and fill and fax for him. This is the best program. The price is a bit high for me but it's worth it at times when I need to do something that other pdf programs just can't do it.

PDFfiller is full featured and extremely easy to use. You can add text, images, highlights and shapes with just a few clicks, and position what you add exactly where you want it to be. Who could ask for more from a PDF product? I mean, try doing those things with Adobe Acrobat and you'll quickly see how much easier it is to do with PDFfiller.

What do you like best?
The customer support is phenomenal. They always answer quickly and fix whatever issue i have. The actual software does it's supposed to and increases my productivity x10. There are features included to import government forms easily or you can upload your own. The templates are easy to create and to make new documents using.

The amount of options can be overwhelming. It seems like the product can do so much and would take a long time to fully understand or use. The speed of the application is actually pretty fast but its not a literal immediate load time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn to import your forms directly from their bank of existing forms. Be careful when editing fields so that you don't overwrite existing functionality. If you need help don't hesitate to do a live chat and screen share. Their chat agents will fix any issue you have. I've had them help me multiple times.

We use it to fill out government tax forms, specifically form 1098c for our nonprofit organization. The primary benefit is a secure place to share and store all our documents that we can search and edit when we need. This software saves us an immense amount of time. It provides a method to update and edit documents in minutes with recurring pages that would otherwise take 4x times longer fill out and complete. We generally only use this form an IRS form specifically but i can see the use case for many types of companies and situations.

How long do I have to review a severance agreement?
When more than one employee is being terminated at the same time, employers must give employees 45 days to consider and sign a severance agreement. Employees 40 and older also get seven days to reconsider or revoke their signatures.
Can I still sue after signing a severance agreement?
If your severance agreement included a release, you may have given up the right to sue your former employer. Some employers offer severance to employees who lose their jobs. Often, however, employees who want a severance package have to sign a release or waiver, by which they give up their right to sue the company.
Can you sue after signing a release?
Answer: Whether you can sue after signing a release depends on the facts, the wording of the release, and your state's law, among other things. A court will first look to whether you specifically gave up your right to bring a discrimination, harassment, or retaliation claim in the release.
Can severance agreements be overturned?
In general, severance agreements are legally valid and will be upheld by courts, as long as the agreement was entered into voluntarily and the terms are legal.
How long do you have to sign a severance agreement?
Employees 40 years of age and older must be given at least 21 days to sign a severance agreement and seven days to reconsider or revoke the signature. The AREA and the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act protects the civil rights of employees who are subject to discrimination in employment.
Should I sign a separation and release agreement?
Although you don't have to sign a severance agreement, your employer may make it a condition of receiving severance pay. However, in most cases, an employer is free to condition severance on the employee signing the agreement. In other words, if the employee refuses to sign, the employee won't get any severance pay.
What happens if you break a severance agreement?
The penalty for violation of a non-disparagement clause is that your employer could sue you and demand that you repay any severance money received. So in a nutshell, it would be in your best interest to get a lawyer, read everything, and, if you choose to sign, be careful that you don't break any of the clauses.
Can an employer take back a severance offer?
Your employer can't withdraw its offer of severance during the waiting period. Under the OW BPA, your employer must also give you seven days after signing to change your mind and “revoke” your acceptance of the severance offer. This seven-day period is required by law. Neither you nor your employer can waive it.
