I needed a program that would allow me to auto-fill information on export documents that I am responsible for completing, and PDF fillers has given me the ability to do that. I know that PDFfiller will do a lot more than what I am aware of. I would highly recommend this site to anyone who needs almost any commercial-type document, or you can load your own document and create a pdf file and for your personal needs. I am happy that I found this site. It is just what I was looking for! 5-stars in my book!

I had a little issue trying to find out how to print the form. Also, the little movable box that kept showing me where to check got in the way of reading the document. I X'ed it out most of the time so I could read the instructions.

Easy alignment within the document. Adding text box entries is very simple.

The process to delete a page within document has changed and I feel as if it takes longer.

Haven't used much just for a few document but so far very satisfied. Easy to scan and load to fill in docs. I'm hoping it will be worth the price paid

What do you like best?
The editing module is effortless! The tools available allow us to edit, rearrange and create whatever final version we want. It's very easy to use and makes editing quick. Time is so important and PDF Filler allows us to focus on the work that matters vs. spending countless hours editing documents.
What do you dislike?
I would like to have a media or image folder that we can get to without being in edit mode. Connecting team members is not easy and not straightforward - it would be great to have more control over this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PDF filler replaced Adobe. Adobe had so many glitches and didn't allow us to edit all documents. Now, PDF Filler gives us the ability to get our work done and quickly!

I think this is a very good software. It is easy to fill and sign a document or to create your own. I am having some trouble finding a document that I started and did not finish. And I would like to learn everything that it offers.

How do you negotiate a lease with oil and gas?

What is the going rate for oil and gas leases?
Typically $200-$500 per acre. The bonus will be paid once at the time of the signing of the lease, and it may be the only money the landowner will get. The second is the oil and gas royalty which is the percent of the money generated by the oil and gas from his property.
How much are oil and gas rights worth?
In the event oil and gas were found and the wells produce, then the royalties kick in. So if the oil well produce 100 barrels a day, and the price of oil is $80 per barrel that month, then the cash flow is 100x$80 = $8,000/day The royalty owner, who agreed to 15% royalty, would receive $8,000 × 0.15 = $1,200/day.
What is a paid up oil and gas lease?
What is a paid-up lease? At one time, the oil and gas company paid a delay rental payment to the landowner during the initial or primary term of the lease. While the delay rental payment was being paid, the oil and gas company did not have to drill or do anything on the leased land.
How long does an oil lease last?
Usually, a long time. Most leases have two terms that affect their duration. The primary term is a fixed period of time (e.g. five years) during which the lessee has to achieve a certain result. If that result is achieved, then the secondary term kicks in, which is of indefinite duration.

An oil lease is essentially an agreement between parties to allow a Lessee (the oil and gas company and their production crew) to have access to the property and minerals (oil and gas) on the property of the Lessor. The lease must be dated and the lease also sets the time that the lease is effective.
