Great application. Only slight problem with address box, press the <enter> ket 3 or 4 times after filling sender address to keep it from printing over instructions in box immediately beneath.

PDF filler works better than the pdf…
PDF filler works better than the pdf editor app that is installed on my computer with Microsoft and Windows 11. I haven't tried all the features available yet, but so far I like the program.

EXCELLENT Customer Service
I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. The person who helped me was very kind, and responded promptly. I had a full refund within 48 hours! EXCELLENT customer service!

This is a great program if you need this service. We needed it at one time, but did not realize we could do this on line. I would recommend it to anyone who is in the business of needing documents filled out, signed and delivered.

Needed for real estate transactions
Needed for real estate transactions. Worked great. Was able to update pdf documents multiple times. Easy to use. Easy to download completed documents. I'll definitely use pdfFiller in the future

Basic PDF Editor
I use it for PDFs for our Escrow files. We have clients sign docs and we can make changes to anything that they send us and then send to them to sign off on it
It is easy and very good for a basic PDF editor. You can make simple changes and save it so it looks exactly like a PDF should. You can add and edit text, highlight, adjust sizing, etc.
It is too basic but i understand that it is not Adobe. I wish I could edit the text that is in the PDF more easily to make it match and all look seamless

Well I'm still learning But the Draw option is AWESOME ,It lets you Sign in Real Time + It's Your Real Signature,Not a Generated one from putting text in a box and using thePC's script font to generate a signature .. How do I sum values in an Access report?
In the Navigation Pane, right-click the report and then click Layout View. Click the field you want to summarize. For example, if you want to add a total to a column of numbers, click one of the numbers in the column. On the Design tab, in the Grouping & Totals group, click Totals.
How do you calculate percentage in access?
Move your cursor to the nearest empty grid cell and click on the “Builder” icon at the top of the page. Use the wizard to navigate to the table with the numbers you'll use to calculate the percentage. Type “=” and click on the field with the numbers. Type “/100” after the field name.
