I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Easiest way to send contracts
We use this for business contracts in the wedding industry. At first, it was not easy to receive contracts back but with upgrading our account that has become easier.

Sometimes it is confusing where the contracts end up once filled. Having to pay extra for certain capabilities isn't feasible for a small startup business

Easy to use
Easy to use - I was trying to redact parts of a document and adobe left me hanging even after rebooting, updating, etc. It was a breeze using pdfFiller instead and I encountered no issues and the process was so simple and clear.

The UI were strange at times(As I sometimes had to look for something specific) , but overall my experience were really good as I am able to achieve my goal everytime with ease. I were using the edit pdf feature and again a bit of trouble trying to establish what I was looking for, but once I found it, it was quite an ease.

Easy to use. I always send the doc to myself before emailing to final destination, just so I know what it looks like on the receiver's end. Adding a personal note to the email is a bit cumbersome--could be better explained of who sees what.
