An easy method of filling out and sending documents. Problem with sending document due to 'Bugs' in the system It took three tries to send off a document and I still do not have a confirmation that it was send nor d I have a date in which the document would be received. The concept is good as I can go to the website and complete a document and send it off. Still some bugs

Has many great tools, but a little difficult to navigate, not clear instructions. I am sure I am not utilizing half of the features, it is trial and effort, not all successes, but slowly figuring things out.

Job titles are important because they allow members of your organization to know the type of work you do and the level of experience you have. They also allow people from other organizations to better understand what your role involves, whether you're talking to a recruiter, a hiring manager, or someone else.
Not only does your job title matter because it reflects the value that your company places on you, but also it impacts the value that society put on you, said executive career coach Elizabeth Korea. From your title, people can often tell how much money you have and how much you make, she said.
In a nutshell, both job title and salary are important to your career growth. You need a job designation to build your career, while the salary you earn is important to your day-to-day survival.
