Great program. It did everything I needed and more. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, right at the time I"ve been having a problem. Copies of online chat sent to my email to remind me of how to deal with issues in the future. I'd rate these folks an A plus. I needed to turn regular electronic forms into fillable ones and submit electronically, with a signature and by a deadline, during the pandemic. I was early and complete with this program!

I love PDFfiller!!! It does everything I need for the office at a fair price. I am able to find time to bill insurance with the ease and use of this software. I wouldn't even bother without it. It's easy to use, cheaper than the alternatives and has more options. Check out the comparison chart. It has taken away my frustration with insurance billing. It makes the process smooth and quick. I feel organized for once!

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Current case file creation time: Follow it says up to 6 weeks but recently that 6 weeks is about 4 weeks from approval at USCIS. Once your case has been created, we will contact you with instructions on how to begin processing.
Once a petition is received, it takes about 2 to 4 weeks for NVC to input data into its system and assign a NVC case number. Applicants should wait at least 6 weeks from petition approval before contacting NVC. NVC currently houses approximately 2.1 million physical files.
The NVC DOES NOT need 60 days to review your file every time you send in additional paperwork or information which they request. While we cannot say exactly how long it takes the NVC to review your additional submission, they do not re-start the 60-day clock. The review normally takes place much sooner than that.
Intermediary Contact: the National Visa Center First, USCIS has to send your file to the NVC. That can often take six to eight weeks after approval of the I-130, and possibly even longer in some cases. When NVC receives your case, it will send you a notification, typically via email.
It is taking NVC 30 to 45 days after they receive the USCIS approval to provide instruction on the next steps. You must wait to hear from NVC before proceeding. The next steps typically include payment of fees, submission of DS-260, collection and submission of documents, review and communications from NVC.
NVC CP Processing — Sending missing documents. When you send you paket3 to NVC it takes 5-8 weeks to review it. Once they review it they will schedule an interview in the consulate for two months later and send packet 4.
All applicants for an immigrant visa must appear in person at the Consular Section for an interview. Depending upon your consulate, once NVC/consulate receives all required documents, usually NVC/Consulate will schedule an interview within 60 to 90 days, if the priority date is current.
Within 30 to 90 days after that letter sent, depending upon the consulate, you should receive a letter from the NVC indicating the date on which your interview has been set. Most interviews occur within 30 days of the date on which this letter is written.
