Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. Good for quick edits and Esigs
PDF filler has helped me edit pdf's for clients, some clients want quick edits, and this program makes it very easy to do so.
I like that it is quick, simple, and functional. When you draft up a pdf to be E-signed and edited you can't ask for much more.
There's honestly not too much to dislike, they could use a UI overhaul as it feels outdated, I wish that it was free to use.

PDFFiller
I like PDFFiller because it's easy to work between my Android phone and my computer. It's also extremely easy to email myself documents, reports, pay stubs whatever so that I can update them, edit them or have others sign off on them.
At times the program lags behind but overall well worth the wait.

I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

Phenomenal Customer Service
Due to the pandemic, like a lot of people I was forced to work from home. My employer doesn't adequately support us in this task and so one day as a matter of urgency I started the free pdfFiller trial for a month. I set a reminder to cancel my subscription but I didn't complete the cancellation. When the annual subscription fee was taken from my bank account I was devastated, it's a deduction I couldn't afford and my employer would not reimburse me. The team at pdfFiller were amazing. They ensured I successfully cancelled the subscription and they also processed a refund. The speed of response was phenomenal, their empathy towards someone who genuinely could not afford the subscription was so appreciated. Their customer service is like nothing I have experienced before. Keep up the great work.
