Very user friendly!
It is easy to use. Instructions are clear and the forms are easy to fill out accurately. I only use it once a year - at tax time, but using this program to fill out tax forms is quick and easy.
I have not had any issues. I'm sure if a person uses it a lot there are bound to be some, but I use it once a year and it works fine for my uses.

I have had a hard time figuring out how to easily share and send the form you want and the notifications when you receive it back. Wish I could save the docket in my own files

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.
