PDF filler is VERY easy to use PDF filler is VERY easy to use. The only sticky point for me sometimes is finding forms. There is a library connected to the app but I often find the forms there confusing. So I google them and import.

I have tried many PDF editors and to be honest this has the best user experience and least learning curve. I will recommend to others. The pricing is good and the fact that paypal is an option is awesome. Others only accept credit cards.

Very satisfied so far. Have not yet utilized the notary service but plan to do so. Very happy editing PDFs. My only complaint is that it's far too expensive for my needs as an individual. I can see how it would be well worth it for a business, but in my case, I will likely cancel after a month because I just can't afford it. Please consider a cheaper option for individuals &/or sole proprietors. That said, it's a great service -- far better than others I've used. Great job.

Go into your original invoice and set it to edit. You will want to immediately adjust the invoice number and save the file as the revised, so you have a copy of both. Adjust the date of the revised invoice. Format any changes to the original invoice as needed based on unit cost and tax pricing.
Revised Invoice It is sent when a buyer returns goods to the seller. It is given when a supplier receives returned goods from the buyer. It is issued when there is a discrepancy in the issued invoice.
It's not illegal, per se, to amend an invoice that you've raised, but it is covering your back as it could invite litigation if you amend your own version of it without cancelling the original version — in particular if the customer has actually paid against the original.
If an incorrect invoice has been sent, the business must issue a cancellation invoice with its own, new invoice number. This will include a negative invoice amount, as well as the original invoice number and the date it was issued. Then, a correct invoice can be raised with a different invoice number.
A tax invoice is deemed to include a revised invoice. A revised invoice can be issued, against an invoice already issued in respect of supplies which take place between the effective date of registration and the actual date of issuance of a certificate of registration.
The taxpayer having the invoices from the roll-out of GST till they get the formal GST ID number, they must issue a 'revised' invoice mandatory. The invoice must be in terms of the GST and must be mandatory issued within 30 days from the date of the receipt of the original registration certificate.
A business determines the retail price of the item by adding a certain percentage of markup to its invoice cost. For example, a business that requires a 60 percent profit on an item with an invoice cost of $20 would sell the item for a retail price of $32. The equation would be: [(. 60 × 20) + 20 = 32].
Click Sales (or Invoicing) in the left-hand menu. Select the Invoices tab. Scroll to the invoice you wish to edit and click on it to open it up. Make the necessary changes. Click Save and Close (or Save and Send).
Click the “Customize” drop-down menu and select “Manage Templates” from the options. Click on each template thumbnail in the Template Gallery to preview how it will appear as an invoice. Click the “OK” button to select and open your preferred template. Select your customization preferences from the options' pane.
Go to Sales or Invoicing, then click on the Invoices tab. Select the invoice in question. Go to the Invoice no. field and change the invoice number. Click Save and Close or Save and Send.
