What do you like best?
Super easy to navigate. I am a custom cabinetmaker, and I use this to markup blueprints all the time.
What do you dislike?
Really no downside. I do find it takes a long time to merge docs, but that's really no big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E signing docs. Editing PDF's that were sent to me on my computer without having to scan the doc is amazing

my experience has been mostly with export documents that need to send to freight forwarders. what I really need is reference for HS codes that are uniform and acceptable and how this system integrates within our network.

Great Functionality, Amazing Customer Support, Great Experience Overall
This is a great platform, very seamless and user friendly. It does cost a bit so it would make sense if you use it quite often. More importantly, amazing support - the online chat response was quick (!!!), customer support staff was so friendly and understanding. Overall, such an amazing experience using this platform. Thanks for the one-time use
You acknowledged that people need a one-time use for. While this site was great, I don't need it in the near future. You made cancelling the subscription easy and not a giant maze of site's you need to navigate through.
