Have been able to add signatures change dates and update pertinent information on the documents. Have not used extensively, but have been able to do everything I wanted so far. Good product!

It had some really great features but not as easy to maneuver through as I thought it might be. Was expensive with no other option for a company that does not need it that much.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
”Revision” is the most widely-used term for referring to that attribute which distinguishes one closely-related design variation from another. A revision represents a change to a document's contents, or a modification to a part such that the part remains interchangeable with its previous variation.
A version is an iteration, something that is different from before. When programmers develop software a version is typically a minor software update, something that addresses issues in the original release but does not contain enough to warrant a major release of the software. A revision is a controlled version.
Key Difference: Revision is when a major release is made to a software. However, version is when small changes are made and issues are fixed in the released software. For the non-techies, the terms revision and version mean something completely different.
As nouns the difference between revision and issue is that revision is revision, change while issue is a Monacan Indian. A member of a mes tee group originating in Amherst county, Virginia.
The Document Revision Procedure outlines the procedure to follow for revising, adding, or deleting a document in the process management system. The Document Revision Form allows you to request that a document be revised, added or deleted in the process management system.
A revision number is a small integer. It is a strictly local convenience identifier for a revision. It can be useful as it is shorter to type than the 40-digit hexadecimal string that uniquely identifies a revision.
We do have an issue date, and then revision numbers. If a revision is huge, changes the process completely, or otherwise pretty much changes everything, we re-issue the document and go back to rev 0.
Add a table to the front of the document that says the version, the author, a brief summary of changes in that version and the date. Versions are 0.1, 0.2 etc until such point as the document is approved. Then it becomes version 1.0. Subsequent edited versions become 1.1, 1.2, or if it's a major update, 2.0.
