Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. The user interface for entering numbers in a field is not particularly user friendly. That's the biggest thing. A feature to 'delight' your customers would be to include a field that had a simple 'summation' function.

It had some really great features but not as easy to maneuver through as I thought it might be. Was expensive with no other option for a company that does not need it that much.

The support team are the BEST!I didn’t understand that I was signing up a yearly subscription. I wanted to use the pdf only once. I notice in my account they charge me for a yearly subscription. I contacted the support group, explained my problem within minutes they solved my problem and refund my money.Thanks again for a Great job!!

It's been a good experience. I have used it several times and it gets the job done.
I get PDFs sent to me from time to time and it can't get much simpler than using the PDFfiller. It works great.
Nothing that I am unhappy with. It works every time and I have come to depend on it. Allows me to be professional and quick.

The program is easy to use for searching for forms or updating my own documents.
The program is easy to understand and use. It is intuitive for anyone used to editing documents or creating forms.
I would prefer better opportunities to edit changes while in the same document. It can be challenging to erase and re-enter information.

I was able to make a Loan Agreement in purchasing a Manufactured Home in Florida for my x-husband so we could have it and a POA for him at the closing on May 23, 2022. Thanks for your help in this free document service that finally worked for me. I live in Michigan and needed to protect my interest in this new home for him and two others that used to live in his Adult Foster Care Home in Grand Rapids, MI seventeen years ago. So I really appreciated your documents that we both will sign and he will have his Notarized at the Closing.
