I was shocked to learn AFTER I PAID that the "monthly" payment touted in 3 big choice boxes was ONLY and effective cost IF I paid an annual fee IN FULL. THAT WAS NOT CLEAR and I feel duped. However, I am extremely pleased with what you offer AND the ease of using your site. It is well worth the 29.99/month vs what I thought was 9.99. You really need to make that clear for your customers, though. Don't start a customer relationship with the customer feeling duped or tricked.

I originally subscribed to the website confused about how much the yearly subscription cost. I was able to cancel my subscription, get a refund and finish up working on my documents. All in all, after the 30 days free is up, I think I will subscribe to the 19.99$/month. Very helpful site and service!

Was a bit cumbersome. When I searched for forms, the system kept giving me instructions on how to search instead of stating that an error was made or what to do to continue.

The service is great and has come in handy in ways I had not expected. However, you lose 2 stars for my initial experience of first being asked to to pay, by a pop-up, to see a form that was submitted and then after paying being told by another pop-up that I need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. The first pop-up should have presented the correct plan. Felt a little like a bait and switch. But I gave you back one star due to the fact that support was able to fix the problem, quickly.

I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.

Update your legal name on your official student record, this will be the name printed on your diploma. You may need to update your legal name if you want to have your middle name added to your diploma.

Requests for name change are sent to help@ged.com. GED Testing Service reviews request and determines required substantiating documents. Candidate required to provide supporting documents such as, marriage certificate, official/certified copy of name change documents etc.
