No issues once I contacted the support department who answered my questions. I understand that you are in business to make money on a service. I just felt it was costly for a piece of paper or two that would cost me 10. Cents at a FedEx or Office Max type business.

Ease of use. I was able to tab over to next box throughout the form. There was no need for the prompt, and I. was unable to disable it. Otherwise, it was quick and easy.

I like the fact that it is easy to use and has all of the forms that I am looking for. I use this product on a monthly basis and find that it is easy to use and that the documents are easy to find.

There are times that I can't find a form that I know I have filled out. Also there are times that I am unable to get back to the home screen to find a new form.

What does revise payment mean?
Revise payment is an Amazon feature which allows you to retry your payment method or use another one if your transaction failed in the previous attempt.
Why does Amazon keep telling me to revise payment method?
Why does Amazon keep asking to revise payments? ... This is done by Amazon's own Risk teams, not by Sellers, nor even by Amazon Customer Service. If there are clear signs that the order may be fraudulent (e.g. using a stolen credit card) then the order will be cancelled and the account is flagged.
How do I fix payment revision on Amazon?
Go to Your Orders.
Find the item/order and select Retry Payment Method.
Select the payment method of your choice and click Continue.
Why does my payment method get declined on Amazon?
If your payment method has been declined, do one of the following: Confirm your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and phone number were entered correctly in Your Account. Note: The billing address and phone number entered must match those associated with your credit card.
How do I change my default payment method on Amazon?
