At first, I didn't understand what I needed to do first. I filled out the form I pulled up and then submitted it, but was sent to a page to choose which plan I wanted. When I realized I needed to choose a plan, I chose one, but then I had to fill out the form all over again! Then I submitted it, but the form again, but it wouldn't appear on my list of filled forms. My list only lhad a previous form from 7/15/2015. I chatted with a representative and she helped me get my second version on my list. This rep was extremely patient and nice, and did all she could to help me. I'm very happy I spoke with her.

Unfortunately, the answer is not that simple. According to most personality type theories, the individual's type is inborn and does not change. However, individuals can develop traits and habits that differ or even directly contradict the description of their type.
Adults can change their character if they see that the present way they conduct themselves holds them back or causes them losses or harm. They may be motivated to change their beliefs to a new way of thinking.
Personality changes only gradually throughout life, but by older age it may be quite different from personality in childhood. The scientific evidence generally shows that personality traits are stable over long periods, Deary noted, and one study even found traits to be stable over more than 40 years.
And while personality traits are relatively stable over time, they can and often do gradually change across the life span. Sudden, dramatic changes in personality are rare. Due to their effects on behavior and continuity over time, personality traits help shape the course of people's lives.
In the case of mental illness, personality changes may be the result of an interplay of factors, including heredity, environment and stress. Sudden changes in personality can also result from brain damage or infection. Possible causes of brain damage include injury, stroke, infection and inflammation, among others.
Agreeableness and Conscientiousness showed relatively gradual increases in absolute scores across the life span whereas Neuroticism showed relatively gradual decreases. Average levels of Neuroticism generally declined with age but increased slightly starting around age 80.
In older age, there are again comparatively strong changes in personality. On average, individuals tend to increase in agreeableness and tend to decrease in conscientiousness in this period of life, but there are also considerable individual differences in developmental trajectories.
