So far so great! In a pinch and PDF filler has come through!! A bit disappointed that there is not a more expanded, cheaper personal version, but as I said before we are in a bit of a pinch.

Great customer service support
Great customer service support. They have always been responsive on a timely manner when I need help. I use them to submit 1099 forms to the IRS. They even developed a 'fix' to their form so that I could submit a form for an employee that lives out of the country.

I have trouble using the pdffiller on my laptop, I can not upload b/c the screen is not wide enough to get to the click button. I can on my desktop when I go into the office. Sometimes the app does not give me the ability to save or download - I have to play with it back in forth before it will save as a fillable file. But my biggest issue is using my laptop when I work remotely and I have to use it. Thanks for inquiry and the survey to give me the opportunity to voice a concern.

What do you like best?
Editing, merging and marking-up PDF documents and particularly drawings (I am an architect) is easy to do on the program.
Editing, deleting selected pages and merging are the most common features that I use, and this is easily done on pdfFiller.
It would be helpful if the program has better ways to draw lines and circles, etc., as these are basic needs when marking-up drawings. These features need to be improved.
What do you dislike?
Drawing features are not user friendly and need to be improved.
Highlighting, which is available on pdfFiller, can only be done in straight lines and not at an angle or in curved shapes. This needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Editing and merging PDF documents, marking-up PDF drawings. These are my most critical needs for document review and pdfFiller allows me to do all of this easily.

There isn’t much to dislike about PDFfiller. I like everything it has to offer.

LOVE THIS AND LOVE CUSTOMER SERVICE
PDF.Filler is definitely a MUST in todays world especially with more and more companies working from home, I don't see how anyone could live without this. It makes forms and fillable documents, signature request documents, so very convenient, easy. It's super user friendly as well, I love it. Also the staff super helpful. Simon and Rachel were super great and on it, they both got right back to me within seconds and assisted me with knowledgeable kind and quick service and I appreciate that a lot as well in a company. How do you revise a lease?
A Lease Amendment is used to modify an existing Lease Agreement between a tenant and landlord by adding or removing clauses, or changing existing clauses. An amendment allows the parties to change the terms without having to sign a new Lease Agreement.
How do you amend a lease?
Who Can Amend the Lease? When a landlord and tenant sign a lease agreement it forms a legally binding contract. The lease cannot be altered except through another written agreement signed by both parties unless the original lease specifically gives a party the power to change something on their own.
How do I amend a rental agreement?
Edit the existing contract.
Attach an amendment or addendum to the existing agreement.
Create a new rental contract.
How do you change a lease?
Your landlord can change a rental agreement at any time during the term of the agreement, with or without your consent. Changes must be made with adequate notice; notice periods are 30 days in most states. Changing a lease is harder because both parties must consent to almost any change.

Can you change the length of your lease?
Since a lease is more binding than a month-to-month rental agreement, it will be more difficult to change the lease agreement. A landlord is under no obligation to change the terms of their agreement. However, if landlord and tenant reach a mutual agreement, it can be done.
How do I change the name on a lease?
Ask permission to change roommates or names on a lease by submitting a written request to your landlord. Include some background information on your prospective roommate, such as employment status and rental history, in your written request to the landlord.
Can you change the name on an apartment lease?
Changing the names on the rental agreement is possible, provided you follow the appropriate steps. It's not as easy to switch housemates as asking one to move out and another to move in. The landlord has to give permission, and the lease has to be updated or a new one drafted to reflect the new tenants.
